Terms of service
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
Welcome to Morea. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Morea website, online store, products, content, features, and related services.
Morea is operated by DKX LLC. Throughout these Terms, the terms “Morea,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Morea and DKX LLC, as applicable. The terms “you,” “your,” “customer,” and “user” refer to any person who accesses our website, places an order, communicates with us, or otherwise uses our services.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, purchasing women’s pajamas or sleepwear from Morea, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced within them.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Section 1 - Online Store Terms
By using our website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use our products, website, content, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You must not violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation while using our website or services.
You must not use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, security, availability, or the ability of other customers to use the website.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, administrative systems, customer information, accounts, servers, networks, or related systems.
You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, malware, worms, or other technologies intended to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its users.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us when placing an order or communicating with us is accurate and complete.
A violation of these Terms may result in restriction or termination of your access to our services, subject to applicable law.
Section 2 - General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, restrict access, or otherwise protect our website and business where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
Any exercise of these rights will remain subject to applicable law and any rights customers may have under consumer protection laws.
You understand that information you submit through the website may be transmitted through systems operated by service providers necessary to provide our ecommerce services.
Payment information is handled through the payment systems available during checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of our website or services without our prior written authorization, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Headings used in these Terms are provided for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of the provisions.
Section 3 - Products and Product Information
Morea specializes in women’s pajamas and sleepwear.
We make reasonable efforts to provide clear and accurate information about the products available through our online store, including product names, descriptions, photographs, available sizes, colors, styles, materials where applicable, prices, and other relevant product details.
Customers should carefully review the information available on the applicable product page before placing an order.
Although we work to display products accurately, the appearance of colors may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, display calibration, and other factors outside our control.
Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the item. Minor visual differences may occur where appropriate, particularly in relation to color display, positioning of patterns, or other characteristics that can reasonably vary.
Measurements and sizing information are provided to help customers make purchasing decisions. Customers are encouraged to review available sizing information before ordering.
We may update product descriptions, images, specifications, or other information when necessary to improve accuracy or reflect changes to our product offering.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law if a product is materially different from its description.
Section 4 - Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
The presence of a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely or that every size, color, style, or variant will remain in stock.
We may add, update, discontinue, or remove products or variants from our store.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected item as appropriate.
We reserve the right to limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inventory limitations, suspected resale activity, pricing errors, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
We do not guarantee that previously available products will return to stock.
Section 5 - Prices and Pricing Information
Product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed from time to time.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price presented to you during checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.
Prices may change without advance notice for future orders.
A change in price after you have completed a valid purchase will not ordinarily affect the price of that completed order.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated or displayed during checkout according to the transaction and applicable requirements.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing. However, typographical, technical, or system errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment to explain the issue and provide appropriate options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate and permitted by law.
Promotional prices, discounts, or offers may be subject to additional terms and availability.
Section 6 - Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that your order was received. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has completed all processing, verification, or fraud-prevention procedures.
We may review orders for payment authorization, inventory availability, address accuracy, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or other legitimate operational reasons.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information provided is materially inaccurate, an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout.
Section 7 - Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, contact, and shipping information when placing an order.
This includes providing an accurate name, billing information, shipping address, email address, and telephone number where requested.
You are responsible for updating or correcting information promptly when necessary.
Providing false, misleading, or unauthorized billing information may result in an order being declined or canceled.
If account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization, please contact us promptly.
Section 8 - Payments
Morea accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the checkout platform, payment provider, customer location, or other factors.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable amount to be charged in connection with your order.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. These providers may maintain their own terms, privacy practices, fraud-prevention systems, and security requirements.
We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card details.
If your payment cannot be authorized or is declined, your order may not be processed.
Morea is not responsible for fees independently imposed by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider unless otherwise required by law.
Section 9 - Shipping and Delivery
Morea currently ships within the United States only.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
After processing, estimated shipping time is 7–15 business days.
Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery dates and shipping times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, high-volume periods, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of the terms applicable to purchases from Morea.
Section 10 - Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Morea offers eligible customers a 30-day return period.
The return period begins on the date the applicable order is confirmed as delivered.
To qualify for a return, women’s pajamas and sleepwear must satisfy the eligibility conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Generally, eligible products must be unworn except for reasonable try-on, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear, and returned with original tags where applicable.
Customers should contact support@wearmorea.com before sending a return.
Returns should not be sent to our business address or another location unless that location has been specifically provided in our return instructions.
Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return results from an error on our part, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your financial institution may require additional time to make refunded funds available after we have issued the refund.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers seeking another size, color, or style may return an eligible product in accordance with our policy and place a separate order.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete eligibility requirements and instructions.
Section 11 - Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect their order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@wearmorea.com.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate so that we can review the matter.
We may request additional reasonable information necessary to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, refund, return instructions, or another remedy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 12 - Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers
Morea may occasionally offer promotions, discount codes, sales, special prices, or other promotional opportunities.
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.
Discount codes must generally be entered correctly during checkout before an order is submitted.
We are not required to retroactively apply a promotional code to a completed order unless otherwise stated or required by law.
We may modify or discontinue promotional offers prospectively, subject to any terms already applicable to qualifying transactions.
Any promotional activity will remain subject to applicable advertising and consumer protection requirements.
Section 13 - Intellectual Property
The Morea website and its content may include trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, written content, design elements, layout, videos, and other materials protected by intellectual property laws.
Except where otherwise indicated or permitted by law, these materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with authorization by Morea, DKX LLC, or applicable rights holders.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, modify, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected website content without appropriate permission.
Nothing on our website grants you ownership of Morea’s intellectual property or the intellectual property of third parties.
If you believe content appearing on our website infringes intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@wearmorea.com with sufficient information for us to review the matter.
Section 14 - Reviews, Feedback and Customer Content
Where our website allows customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you are responsible for the content you submit.
You should only submit content that you have the right to provide.
Customer content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, intentionally misleading, infringing, abusive, or otherwise violate applicable rights or laws.
You must not knowingly submit fabricated reviews, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your experience with a product.
By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting Morea, subject to applicable law and any additional terms presented when content is submitted.
We may moderate or remove customer content where reasonably necessary to address spam, unlawful material, irrelevant content, privacy concerns, intellectual property issues, or violations of these Terms.
We will not condition publication of genuine customer reviews on whether the review is positive or negative except where moderation is permitted by applicable law.
Section 15 - Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may rely on or contain links to services provided by third parties.
These may include ecommerce technology providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising services, social media platforms, and other technology or service providers.
Third-party websites and services are generally governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content, products, practices, or services provided by that third party.
Morea is not responsible for the independent practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control, subject to applicable law.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before providing information directly to third-party services.
Section 16 - Privacy and Personal Information
Your submission and our processing of personal information in connection with Morea are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we may collect, how information may be used and disclosed, the technologies and service providers involved, and privacy rights that may be available to eligible U.S. residents.
We may process information necessary to fulfill orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, administer returns and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, operate our website, and perform other activities described in our Privacy Policy.
We may also use analytics and advertising technologies, including services associated with ecommerce, analytics, and advertising platforms, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy before using our website if you would like more information about our privacy practices.
Section 17 - Prohibited Uses
In addition to other restrictions described in these Terms, you may not use our website or services:
- For unlawful purposes
- To solicit others to participate in unlawful activity
- To violate applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- To infringe intellectual property rights
- To harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or unlawfully discriminate against others
- To submit intentionally false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit malicious software or harmful code
- To collect or track personal information about others unlawfully
- To engage in phishing, scraping, crawling, or automated activity that materially interferes with our services
- To circumvent security features
- To attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- To interfere with website functionality
- To use our website in connection with fraudulent transactions
- To impersonate another person or entity
- To misuse promotions, payment systems, returns, refunds, or customer service processes
We may take reasonable measures to protect the website, customers, and our business from prohibited conduct, including restricting access or canceling affected transactions where appropriate and permitted by law.
Section 18 - Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate, functional, and accessible online shopping experience.
However, websites and online services may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance, technical problems, connectivity issues, or errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that access to our website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every moment.
Product information is provided in good faith and is intended to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Nothing in these Terms eliminates obligations relating to accurate advertising, product descriptions, or consumer rights imposed by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morea and DKX LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services where such limitation is legally permitted.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Section 19 - Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morea, DKX LLC, and their applicable officers, employees, agents, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent conduct.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct, negligence where liability cannot lawfully be shifted, or matters for which indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to participate in the defense of a matter subject to indemnification.
Section 20 - Governing Law, Severability and Changes to These Terms
These Terms and your use of Morea are governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where appropriate and legally permitted, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights available under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where appropriate, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, website functionality, or applicable legal requirements.
When these Terms are materially updated, we may revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
Changes apply prospectively as required by law and do not retroactively eliminate rights already accrued to customers.
Your continued use of our website following an effective update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
